Labeling with P touch is recommended
If using a Sharpie, clean by spraying a small amount of Pancro on a microfiber cloth and wipe acrylic. Do not spray Pancro directly on the tag. Kimtech wipes can scratch acrylic.
IMPORTANT: Wipe the Sharpie or dry erase away from the colored text. Sharpie and dry erase can darken paint. Pancro is aggressive and can also damage paint.
Shipping is a flat $5 for standard shipping, which typically ships USPS in 3-5 business days. To expedite shipping, shipping fee is a flat $10 and ships next day or 2 day.

Customization Process:
By placing an order for custom-made products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
Tags are considered custom when images and/or fonts are uploaded and provided to us, or sizes are customized to customer needs outside of our standard sizes. Standard sizes are typically button options on listings, while custom sizes are dimensions provided to us by the customer. These are considered custom & made to order.
We do not accept returns on custom & made to order products. You may request digital proofs before your order is created. Your order will be delayed until you respond to the digital proof.
Tags that have not been customized with custom fonts, images and/or sizes may be returned within 15 calendar days. There is a $5 restocking/shipping fee on orders. Items must be unused and in original condition, or refund will not be issued.
If you are unhappy with your product, please reach out to us so we can make it right. If your product is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us at sales@akscase.com within 5 business days of receiving the product to resolve the issue.
