Labeling with P touch is recommended

If using a Sharpie, clean by spraying a small amount of Pancro on a microfiber cloth and wipe acrylic. Do not spray Pancro directly on the tag. Kimtech wipes can scratch acrylic.

IMPORTANT: Wipe the Sharpie or dry erase away from the colored text. Sharpie and dry erase can darken paint. Pancro is aggressive and can also damage paint.

Customization Process:

a) All custom-made products are carefully crafted according to your specifications or selected specifications.

b) Acrylic and text colors may vary from the images displayed on our website or other marketing materials due to monitor calibration and individual settings. We strive to provide accurate representations, but please note that slight variations may occur.

2. Order Placement:

a) To ensure timely processing of your order, please provide accurate and complete information during the order placement process.

b) Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order details carefully before submitting it.

3. Proofs:

a) If you would like to receive digital proofs of your custom product before it is created, you must request them within 8 hours of placing your order.

b) We will make every effort to provide digital proofs. Please note that any delay in responding to digital proofs may result in a delay in the production and delivery of your custom-made product.

4. Returns and Exchanges:

a) Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

b) If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Intellectual Property:

a) By submitting any customization requests or artwork to us, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use and reproduce the requested designs.

b) We reserve the right to refuse any customization requests that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others or violate any applicable laws.

6. Pricing and Payment:

a) The prices for custom-made products are specified on our website or communicated to you during the ordering process.

b) Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

c) All prices are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated and added to your total order amount.

7. Shipping and Delivery:

a) We strive to deliver your custom-made products within the estimated timeframe provided during the ordering process. However, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

b) We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the customs regulations of your country.

c) Custom made items are an additional 3 days to current shop lead time, which is updated in the banner at the top of the website.

d) Lead times are considered the amount of time it takes us to process and create your order, not including shipping time.

8. Limitation of Liability:

a) To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our custom-made products.

b) Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the custom-made product(s) in question.

9. Modifications:

a) We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
